Yeah, that's his suit from chapter 1/oneshot. He only started seducing the monsters instead of fighting them after he met the GOAT.
You can say he's mostly retired from regular sentaihero stuff after the first few chapters.

yukizuriman has used them in episode one, but no monster since then has been strong enough to require him to suit up. we may get to see him in his suit in the final arc
