It's the kanji for a poetic/humble first-person pronoun or a derogatory second-person pronoun repeated four times, though we're fully on some nonstandard-reading ruby text to get "Ieshiki Matoi" out of that.

Did Mimi miss out the flashy(and bloody) magical girl fight because she stayed in class? If the magical beast has to be killed 7 times then it means Matoi had killed it six times before. Which make it weaker and makes herself more tired overtime lol
