Wow ? she went on to say that shes never had a first love... But chapter 1 was ALL ABOUT HER FIRST LOVE!...... So I guess this manga is a bout a girl who has constant memory lasps (like 50th first dates?) So shes forgets all the time as a mental disorder ? And the childhood friend has the crush on her.

Near as I can figure, it's pretty specific--as soon as she starts going out with someone, she forgets about them. Which would be why miss childhood friend who clearly has a long doomed love for her is sticking resolutely to just being very close friends; she doesn't want to be forgotten (again?).
