I am late but, no the daughter's hair never had a confirmed colour, it was described as the same "Messy" hair as Asahi and was coloured in black, but Asahi's and Touko's hair was also colored black despite them having brown hair and dark green hair respectively. Here in page 2, it seems the daughter had dark green hair but messy.

Also, in both timelines their daughter is conceived through blood sucking, Youko was already pregnant from blood sucking during christmas in both timelines, at least supposedly.
