The art really looks suggestive. I wouldn't be surprised if the artist has drawn Pornographic doujins.

The closest so far is his last manga, which is kind of a To Love Ru homage vibe to it.

He does actually have some of full hentai doujins, even some that have multi-parts. He is under the name of just “Ryoma” on nhentai, or here one of the codes 112720 . Keep in mind that all of his h doujins are old af though, so he had kinda different art style than this manga, so you might be disappointed. Still not bad in my opinion, but his current art style is better, which is good because he’s improving.

It is him. If you don’t believe me just check out his other manga, Dokyuu Hentai HxEros. In early chapters of the manga you could see the resemblance of his art style with his h doujins. And in late chapters you can see his art style became more like this manga.

Also in his MyAnimeList page Kitada Ryouma, one of his h doujin i gave you the code before, Renai Celebration is listed as one of his works, along with this manga.
