It's actually somewhat concerning that the series has moved into an every other week schedule since 21.

this series is a 5/10 for me, unless i heard it went up basically to an 8, i doubt it, its a shame because i really like Ryouma's artstyle

That's a perpetual issue with MangaPlus on mobile for all their "ex" chapters. I was able to get the other panels by switching from vertical to horizontal reading.
