He despises Kogarashi cause they have the same kind of Gift, but pattern a: thinks Kogarashi uses it in a despicable manner (2.1) or b: Envies the freedom he never got since he shouldered his family burden since earlier (2.2)...

So Haojiro is practically the author stand-in... She knows that the most important thing about a shounen power system is about verossimilarity (3) but don't seem to have the right mind to make it work... How it should work: You give some rules, you follow these rules... What we got: Power armor does everything in the most convenient way possible...

Fate still is some steps above cause what bound him was destiny and the LifeMaker designs... Everything he did was a Batman gambit to save Mars... while killing half of it... who knows what they still have stored within the Tenko family?

@mrponeis I like your comparison between Nadare and Fate from Mahou Sensei Negima. They are much alike. That is why I think they could make him a future friendly rival to Kogarashi. It would be cool to have a male partner in battle for the protagonist. Nonetheless I could get through this arc better if wasn't for the children transformed girls and Kogarashi.
