I think in web novel ending the landlady actually got artifact that can duplicate/copy a person. So they use that artifacts to duplicate our boy here so every girl got our own Mc.

Kinda confused tho cuz Yuuna is a ghost and Kuragashi is a Hooman and they're married. What's gonna happen now? Are they going to have kids? Or Yuuna's gonna be there by his side when his age gets him, you know... Cuz he is a human n all... Doesn't live that long.

If this manga is a real Harem route it will not end anytime soon or so I think.

Literal dogshit ending. Why have the entire last arc be revealed that Yuuna had to stein's gate the harem into existence to save his life, while everyone else got to see what their future with Kogarashi could be. And he is stuck with the memories of living his life with them all together. Only to fuck up at the last possible second and not go with the harem ending. I've been extremely forgiving of the wacky shounen plots the series has gotten up to, and the nonsense shenanigans. But this ending is literally unforgivable due to how contradictory and nonsensical it is when compared to the entire set up of the last few arcs. Makes the entire series feel pointless.
