You know as a Thai person I was so confuse when reading peek gai yad sai tod because I was sure that word was Thai somehow but couldn’t actually figure out what it is.

The taken name from the web is good, it is just that when Thai people read “P” Letter, they always use their “พ(P)” sound because there is no ”ป“ sound in English(it pronounces with sound of “bp” but you press your lips harder and release the voice with stronger force).

Since the word “wing” in Thai spells with “ป(bp)”, when they saw “พ(p)”they would be confused and unable to recognize the word.

I don't remember the title but I have seen something like that at least once.

As you'd expect, the character involved in the event decided the bond they'd built up with the other protagonist during the story outweighed the inciting incident.

There also may have been some kinda bittersweet convo with the third person the lead got mistaken for? Idk.
