An accidental confession only five chapters in. This is either a very short series, or this is the volume 1 cliffhanger, or the set up to it if there’s still another chapter or two. It’s not a hard rule that all yuri ends with a confession or get together.

Uh well you see obviously she meant it in a platonic way, the way two friends might grow old over the years but stay in touch, hang out at the bar, have game nights together. There's nothing romantic about it at all, surely, in fact I have no idea how one might interpret this as romantic at all!

Well since there is no mention of love from Eri, I could see someone meaning that they want to be best friends for life. I always thought that was a cute relationship, but these girls are too gay for that. XD

My bigger concern right now is that she might not even think that women can be together (meaning she may not have ever considered it). I mean last chapter she didn't understand what yuri is, and this chapter she assumed that Eri is dating a guy on page 15. I can see the next chapter tackling that issue, and the pacing is good enough that it might even resolve it too.

Also, this doesn't count as Eri failing a mission since she didn't give a kiss as Polero said, right?! I mean I'm glad it failed since sleep kisses without any sort of consent is pretty icky.
