Yui's mom and Kyoko's mom have chimed in on a few occasions -- I don't think we've ever been shown their faces, but we've at least heard their voices. (Same with Sakurako's, if we're counting Oomuro-ke.) To the best of my recollection, Ayano's home life is a subject that's never really been touched upon at all before now.

Ayano's mom last showed up in Intermission 12 (Numbered as 61.4 here), where Ayano got Kyoko's dress through her mom. We've never been shown faces of any parental figure, but out of the main 8 only parents of Himawari and Chitose have never been seen in any angle at all.

I don’t think Namori wants to add any new characters so the cast doesn’t get to big.
