Himawari does seem pretty happy about the situation in that final panel, though.

I had just said something earlier this week in regards to this manga and its spinoff about Sakurako and Himawari being the only regular points of crossover between the two mangas, and implied that these characters have been virtually secondary characters in both of the mangas, but, come to think of it, we have seen a lot of chapters recently featuring the two of them.

Not that I'm complaining - those two are among my favorite characters out of both mangas, along with Ayana-san, the Ikeda twins, and the class president and her explosion buddy, so hopefully we keep seeing chapters dedicated to these "student council" characters.

It's pretty funny that it's such an open secret how fond of each other these two characters really are, that even Akari is pretty well aware that Sakurako doesn't mind going out of her way to wake Himawari up - the only characters who seem to have no clue are Himawari and Sakurako themselves!

Then again, Akari seems remarkably insightful in this chapter, with a lot of good, helpful suggestions. I was also saying there's not a lot of character development or continuity in Yuru Yuri, and that's true, but Akari at least has changed quite a bit from the days when she was regularly the butt of all the jokes, and mostly clueless about almost everything... she still does the baby-talk thing of talking about herself in the third-person, though!

Meanwhile, Chinatsu's "Eh? (LOL)" was pretty enigmatic - sure, she's bemused at Hima-san's resolution to try to wake up on her own, but her expression combined with that reaction, I almost feel like there's something I missed.

Then again, that last panel was pretty enigmatic and understated, too - not sure what to make of the combination of Himarari's smile, her "?", and the disembodied blush. It's an adorable panel, anyway, in a fun and heartwarming chapter.

I think akari shoukd of had Chinatsus role this chateer while Chinatsu has akaris role here since not only is akari a retarded baby who honesly wouldnt have the foursigjt to give Himawari that advice but also Himawari hates akari
