Thank you so much for reading! It’s really sad that the series had to end this way, especially knowing how much potential the story still had. I became a huge fan of the way the author built such a suffocating sense of dread - it often reminded me of Kiyoshi Kurosawa’s Kairo with its slow-burn unease and haunting atmosphere. Even though it ended earlier than planned (not by the author’s choice), I’m grateful I got to experience this really chilling and unique work. Please consider supporting the author so he can bring us more amazing stories in the future.

Well, its either a car crash or accident central later or the project bogged down and the place are left abandoned.I dont think our mc here can exorcise the whole area just by fucking up ghost monke without super saiyan upgrades or magic it out herself. Its a cliffhanger, mangaka can always return to it but doubt it.

Damn dude, this sucks. :haa:
I really liked this one.

Does he have a patreon or something like that?
No, but it's really easy to support the author by buying coins to access this manga at Comic Boost. They’re inexpensive, and even a small purchase helps a lot. Also, if you could buy the English release coming this December as well! I think this is the author's first official English publication.

I thought this manga was super dull, not a single interesting character or story arc. It really makes me appreciate other manga like Ura Baito,Shibito no Koe and Nikubami Honegishimi more by being a negative example of a similar premise. It looked nice though maybe the creator would fit better into an artist role for the next one.

Big thanks for Spiraphobia for carrying this to the unfortunate end. For an axe ending, I quite like it. Though there are lack of satisfying exposition, end of the anomaly is tied up nicely and there's no hail mary against a true force of nature. It claimed one last person that's not trying to look away and keep peering too long into the dark.

Even if it's clearly not what the author had planned I really enjoy the novelty of a story ending with the protagonist failing to thwart a killer monkey ghost and dying in the attempt, only to have the monkey ghost end up evicted by the power of gentrification.

Thanks for persevering with the TL until the end. Shame about the axe, these kinds of abrupt non-endings aren't ideal but if there's one genre where leaving things untidy and disquieted to the bitter last it's these kinds of horror mysteries where the conflict might as well be between the Living and Death itself as a force of nature like flooding water.

I am very surprised the other girl managed to survive all things considered. At least Kanata finally found her sense of fear in her final moments and can rest in peace.
