How can the author be specific about how miharu feels if miharu doesn't know how she feels

i mean even if she did i don't think she'd be like "break up with her and go out with me instead" even if they did eventually end up together in the long term. (Unless mc's like "Well it didn't work out so i wouldn't go out with another friend again")

Iunno man, looks like the character is making words and decisions by themselves at this point.
I can't really explain it but it feels like one of those writing phenomenon where your characters is making their own decisions and the author can only make up situations to control the story
