Not sure why Miharu said that. Seems like she's somehow under the impression that Nagatsuki's fiancee broke up with him, rather than the clearly-implied early death? Or maybe that implication wasn't so clear after all and that's not actually what happened? Also a possibility I misinterpreted her words, the Japanese was slightly unclear, but his reaction implies I got it right. Unusual given how sharp she is regardless.
