I get the feeling it isn’t fixed per se but he just has a minimal amount of movement he can do. The cover page shows his arm still dangling so he probably can’t use it for medical stuff

That's his other arm, I think, and the vol 1 cover shows him using both. I'm inclined to think this is one of those mid-tier stories where the disability is introduced just to give MC a reason to embrace the isekai that fixes it.

I'd think a punctured trachea in of itself would be a pretty serious injury even if the hole is small

The cover art shows his opposite arm dangling. The damaged arm is the one he's holding hands with.

That's pretty stereotypical for Isekai as a genre. In fact out of the hundreds I've read I can only think of three where the main character isn't immediately able to communicate.

Kinda wish he stayed crippled. Magically getting his arm healed made the entire backstory utterly pointless.
