Okay right now they're "lucky" Aizen likely isn't going to find or do anything to her copy of the will so she can "afford" to lock him up indefinitely if she could stomach the ick of having a creepy stranger in her closet where all her treasures are.

Else it probably make more sense to get rid of this guy as soon as you can before moving on or when next headache comes to you.

Post them at the door, wrap a net around it, open it, the guy will burst out into the net, the net will also catch all the clothes preventing them from scattering too far away from the door, guy will be disoriented long enough for the brothers to lower the net, shove the guy out of the way, and drag the net of clothes into the closet, Mithra stashes it, blast guy to pieces.

perhaps but maybe they should starve the vamp for now which is a risky move as well (giving him more time to explore the closet space).

they already forced him to use his 2nd form or trump card which seems to cover his sunlight weakness. and remember, he can make a totally enclosed space/area with his bat familiars (assuming he can create it himself).
