Perhaps he was just watching the hero's finishing blow to the beaten demon lord? I.e. he is a part of the demon lord that got separated and hid himself, not a product of seggs as we thought initially.

Using regeneration as offence, I think it's the first time I'm seeing it in a manga. There's a reason you shouldn't just copy Deadpool's regen because without the cancer it would be imbalanced.

The floor and walls breaking look weird but also cool.
