Just read the raws for 21 and the main difference is...
that even now they're showing some of the girls at least struggling, shao specifically in a dream sequence, so far this looks like a route 5, probably meadnt to be a route 3 with route 4's ending
I would argue the fake hero's power doesnt allow her to be anything but horny, essentialy turning her and the other victims into little more than sentinent sex toys whose only permitted desire is to have sex with him. Its little different than them getting drugged with an extremely powerful asphrodisiac.

...survived greatly indicates the manga will mostly follow route 3, which i previously dubbed the forgiveness route. Yuno didnt survive in routes 1 or 2. While the mc had a good ending with yuno at the end of route 3, the ending wasnt perfect since his bond with the girls was still permanently affected. That's why yuno restarted the timeline to achieve that true ending.

is the girls struggling, at least shao and a bit of Laura too, maybe as the number grows (novel readers know what it means) they'll show Mc rescuing them one by one as yuya's power dwindles? That could actually merge route 3 and 4 without time reset or yuno dying (which made sense since she isn't technically a normal person)

I think the time reset will be necessary for the ending. While the Mc still cared about his friends at the end of route 3, he no longer held romantic feelings for them after everything that happened. Similarly, the girls were too consumed with guilt and trauma, unable to pursue romantic relations with the mc or anyone after what they went through. Not mention the countless other female victims of the fake hero. Essentially, the fake is a cosmic fuck-up that was never supposed to have happened. Sure they can beat him in the end, but the only way to fix the damage he already caused is to make it so that he was never summoned to begin with, hence the time reset. Furthermore, it's also to ensure that nothing and no one like the fake is ever summoned to this world again, that only truly good people will be summoned.
The routes were different timelines. I made an entire post about it in the forum thread for chapter 2. The light novel and the WN were pretty much the same. I assume for the manga, the story was changed so that it would mostly occur over one timeline instead of 4 like the novel.

from every spoiler I read etc idk if this is new but from looking at the raws, alot of the knights/nobles etc Other men in general are secretly gathering together to gather info on the hero and what he is doing, they DEF know that the hero has been fucking MULTIPLE women and that I think they might know that they can't trust the women either because they are avoiding maids hence they might know the women could be Mind controlled basically from the looks of it the men are HELLA pissed and want to kill the hero but can't yet for some reason
which from reading spoilers it kinda sounds like something that did NOT happen in the other routes hence this does feel like a completely new route
the maids in question
Either way this is incredibly sad for
Shao the fiance because she's gotten to the point of having dream like nightmares of having seggs with MC but while she's with him the dude vanishes like a ghost from her and then she wakes up just knowing somethings wrong/mad crying while her charm seems more brittle then others

in the novel, there was previously another individual, a king I think, who had the same mind control power as the fake hero. With that mind control power, that king pretty much turned all the women in his kingdom into his harem. Eventually, that king had so many children that it caused a massive succession crisis which turned into a civil war, that eventually resulted in the total collapse of that kingdom and the death of that king. As such, when the mc's kingdom realized the fake had that same power, they were absolutely horrified. Though, in the novel, the kingdom never learned the truth about the fake hero until after the fact, where he was unable to maintain his control over his victims, or the mc had outed him to the king. Clearly the manga is different in that the kingdom has already noticed, on its own, that there is something not right about the fake hero. I assume this will play a factor in how the mc will learn the real truth. In Route 2, it was the knight commander who revealed the truth about the fake's mind control power to the mc, which prompted the mc to forgive his friends in this route.
As messed up as it is:
The manga's story uses the mc's fiancee to make it clear that, at the end of day, despite everything done and said, the Mc's CHFs are total victims in whats happening. Her POV makes it clear that they arent truly cognizant nor have any actual agency of their actions under the brainwashing. She makes it clear that they are(or will be) absolutely horrified by what's being done to them. With all this, i really cant see how the manga doesnt adapt the time reset. Like you cant go through what the mc and his friends did, and expect things to go back to how they were before.

I hope they do the time reset and just speed things through so we don't really have to see battles each playthrough
Because then we could see all endings and how MC reacts etc
But Since it seems the manga is going a different route maybe we wont get it
in fact I just thought
maybe they are going to fuse the 1st/2nd playthrough as the 1st path so maybe Knights still try to do something to the hero But MC doesn't forgive the friends
also do you know about the
glitches? Ive read the the glitches are the reason why the hero was summoned and got mind control powers when all the power should've gone to MC and its also why the goddess went down as a human to FIX the glitches but I haven't found any info as to WHY the glitches exist? like wtf caused it to be a thing in the first place

The later raws show that the knights KNOW something is up with the fake. The only reason why they havent yet taken direct action is because the fake is supposedly the hero sent by the goddess. The fake had seduced numerous women who were already in committed, years-long relationships. The aggrieved men know these women, they're not the type who would break up years-long relationships to have full blown orgies with a man they've known a few months at best. Its doesnt matter how handsome or how amazing the man's skill is, these women wouldnt do that. And not just one or two but double digits amount of women charmed by the fake? And the other veteran knights, their instincts are telling them something foul is afoot. Even Shao had a bad feeling about the fake before she was brainwashed. As such, the knights and other aggrieved men have prepared a potion that can steal skills. And as of the latest raws, the MC is also clueing in as to whats really going on. This is very different from the novel, where no one noticed anything until long after the fact. My prediction is the MC will, whether intentionally or otherwise, work together with the knights to bring down the fake, and release his hold on his victims.
I'll respond to your questions about the glitches in another comment.
