How this series is rated 8.3 right now is beyond me. I've been cursed along with the MC by reading this

To be honest I think mangadex has the single most worthless ratings of any site. There are a bunch high rated manga which turn utter shit after the first few chapters but apparently nobody adjusts their ratings here. Or people who drop a manga dont bother to adjust the score? Idk. I have pretty normie friendly taste I think but there are so many boring slop mangas here rated at above 8 or even 9, its really meaninglsss. Meanwhile the same manga on MAL has a 6 or 7.

Atleast this one actually delivers what it promises, which makes it good.
