I wouldn't say she's playing favorites. Normally, it would be 50 years of domination for humans then for demons in alternance. Basically, she's the parent who told "you can play video games today and your brother plays tomorrow" (instead of being a good parent and tell her children to play together).
But now the humans have decided that it's still their turn to play games and summoned another Hero.
The interesting part will be to see if the Goddess actually intervenes and punishes humans for breaking the rules or not.

Would you please point out what i should be making better?
For the Typesetting i am focusing on being easily readable.
As for Proofreading, i am doin the TL, passing throught a script and then when typesetting on the page, i am comparing all the bubbles on the page to make most sense of the text as so to naturally connect the conversation.
If you could please point out where it wasn't good, i would like to know so i can do better next chapter

You're already doing pretty alright. But here is what I think is important, and also advice I gave to other MTLs.

1. Make sure "he/she/it" and "this/that" referrels are correct. You're not really having this problem
2. Punctuation. Put a fullstop after each line, commas where suitable. Happens a lot to new TS, including one I am overseeing.
3. Fix grammatical mistakes too. (e.g., Pg. 5 "I was still treated as emergency food" > "I am still")
4. Make dialogue sound like actual dialogue.
5. I suggest reading Anon's Guide to Typesetting. It is hardly the best practice (which comes from CL/RD/TS for massive groups, where they likely have much better teachers than self-learning), but some good practice from the guide are:
   1. Break words by syllables, instead of randomly (i.e., Backgrou-nds vs Back- ground, interest-ing vs Inter-esting). You can use this site to check.
   2. Break lines by punctuation. Commas and full stops should start new lines.
   3. The centre of the text bubble should be fatter than the top or bottom, other wise blocky is fine.
   4. Don't really put punctuation on a new line, I mainly only do it if there's really no space
6. Use multiple translators. DeepL is better usually, but Google TL has sometimes simpler phrasing, which is better as a base for editing into manga dialogue. Asking ChatGPT to TL an entire page is usually also very good. You can also write Japanese in Google TL, if OCR can't recognize it.
   1. FYI, my solo process is: Use Google Lens to scrape text/type to train my Japanese reading > Translate with GTL, DeepL (ChatGPT if necessary) > Redraw and Typeset > Release
   2. My group process is: Transcribe manually > Group TL/PR with GTL, DeepL and ChatGPT > Redraw and Typeset > Final proofread > Release
7. Also, use more fonts! Fonts help a lot in making your scanlation look alive.

Thanks you for scanlating this. I do not understand much Japanese so it's nice someone is using their time to clean, typeset, and proofread MTL.

The only thing to nitpick is the typesetting and pronouns used.

For typesetting, it would look better if the text follows the 'oval shape', shorter at the end, longer in the middle.

For pronouns, because Japanese doesn't use as much gender specific pronouns as English, so MTL may mix them up depending on the context the machine picked up. Since you proofread the MTL, you might want to look at those to make sure the correct ones are used.

Otherwise, it looks pretty well done. The story is quite interesting so far, I'm currently invested in this series.
