If he is technically just chasing her because of her blood, as for a vial of her blood, lure the bastard with said blood and hope that the interrogator has some spine and doesn't really give it to him until he spills the beans. it's not about an isekai'd boy. It's about a mother. Therefore, assuming the aimed readers are just teen horny boys, they can't put themselves in any shoes, because their "representation boy" is not in the scope of the story.

The boy has to be the focus of the story, so he can build a romance to any MILF and in the worst case, even marry his own mom, or something like that. Hey, it happened once.
