Yes it got cancelled due to some issues with the publisher, then later it got transfered to another which is what @EchoGirl posted and resumed, so all the old retail links no longer work due to it, previous chapters got republished and volumes are going to too

edit: Looking more info on this work, it apparently had another publisher (Amazia, published in Comic Bang) and due to alot of problems with it, it was decided to end the serialization on december last year with chapter 19, but this year on April it was transfered to another publisher (Tokuma Shoten) and published on the new label (Ryu Comics Unicorn) so serialization for it resumed back in June, there is tweets by the artist about that, so the chapters were republished along the volumes that are going to be republished too (so the covers gonna change too), with latest available chapter being a complete version of the published draft of 19 back then

This right is an awesome premise and setup. It's a bit off in some aspects of pacing and story telling, but the setup and potential is huge, and it makes you wonder where it's going to go when they finally see each other again.
