Glad I saw this comment because this is exactly how I felt. I saw this adapted as an anime and decided to read the manga. I was already getting disappointed that we spend so much time on minor chars/backstory instead of the main chars dungeon progression but decided to stick with it. Reading this chapter though has drastically reduced my expectations for this manga.

The author making Lunina's character feel like she can't just leave despite being financially independent but instead Lunina somehow owes her family (who treats her like a tool and constantly bullies her) is so crazy. It's just not realistic at all.
