As for the tightlipped victims most likely they're keeping their mouths shut because embarrassed to have been beaten by a young girl even if she is dragon kin. Would be a hoot if she turned out to be the top ranked dragon's daughter or a princess or something and MC's face finding out the hard way when daddy comes by hearing his daughter got taken away by a man.
