A few days have already passed like this apparently, does the author not know what to write?
It feels like these copy paste slice of life scenes are just filler interactions to pass the chapter.

I think is fine, because then we can actually see how their harem life plays out and is better than a lot of other harems where they fight all day. Like Mags tsuki or Girlfriend girlfriend

But they did have too many pages dedicated just to cooking.

The naming sense is absent, could have called it a "mountain chicken" and then described hwo different is from a normal one.
Disliked how a good chunk of the chapter was wasted on the meal preparation, is a low trick used by manga and novel to fill space instead of putting actual content, could have made it 2 pages.

2 kid per room and they need 15 room? that low, i thought they will have something like 10 kid per wife

If I read it right, they  are thinking 10 kids each: 3 × 10 = 30, 2 × 15 = 30.

(that's assuming the "2 people per room, so 15 rooms" specifically meant the kids' rooms and didn't count their own room)

god i really hate in these manga that release in like 3-4 parts when they spend a full 4 pages on detailed cooking steps. like cool, you can draw food pretty well, but no one is here for that. there are definitely better ways to use those pages. a cooking manga? yeah of course. a fantasy harem romcom? no, why

That, and for some reason each character HAS to give a super detailed description of the food from the one bite they took…….ive found myself skipping past anything revolving cooking in mangas lately.

I can see it. I'm the oldest out of seven, and my mom only had one ovary because she lost the other one to an ovarian cyst when she was eighteen. If she had never lost it? We'd easily be ten instead of seven because some of us would have had a fraternal twin sibling.
