Technically not a spoiler, we passed the chapter that showed Oliver being lectured by HIS sponsor for the Black Dragon Incident and the arrangement of the "Dual" on his part and asking Oliver the same question, The Rabbit's nor Orun know that this is what is likely to happen, hence the Sponser bringing it up as a "hypostatical" but yeah that has been uploaded so it's me just talking about the upcoming Dual when that comes up again! It was Chapter 26, the reason it might feel like spoiler is because for the longest, it was a missing chapter (cause in their INFINITE wisdom, the uploaders skipped it, always bad when it foreshadows future thing cause I can see WHY the Rabbit's Sponsor feels SUS to some readers, without reading Chapter 26, it looks like HE is the one setting up the dual, when it is not and he's more "feeling" Orun out on if he can win that dual or not)Not wanting to disrespect your efforts of writing this but is it a spoiler for future chapters? If so, you should put it in spoiler.
Anything I said afterwards is just IDEAS of the outcome, Oliver made it clear in his mind when the dual was brought up that he's STILL telling himself that "it's fine if Orun suffers, I HAVE A GREATER CAUSE so nothing personal old chum" as all his actions have been to become a HERO. The interview for example before the Black Dragon Incident was just to promote his team and himself, when the interviewer brought up Orun, he had so many ways he could have said they went their seperate ways, but chose to instead make Orun out to be incompetent as he KNOWS this would hurt his chances of being hired for another team, even got upset "he didn't know his place" by getting hired quickly to their competition like Orun should have disappear into obscurity! As a Narcissist, he can't see anything but himself as the main character of his own success story, and anyone "useless" as he pegged Orun his "long time BEST FRIEND" must be footnotes who "held him back and were RIGHTFULLY KICKED TO THE CURB" only he learned the hard way that Orun was set to be his SUPPORTER and he ruined that over his ego, the Healer (their other childhood friend) knew this, but HE missed it. His anger to Orun now stems from the fact his choice's consequences are hitting him hard. Orun Replacement wasn't as good as he assumed she would be! Not her fault as the idiot and his group were use to how Orun used his buffs, and seeing how sus SHE is, I can assume she joined mostly out of amusement, but was caught off guard on how the team sans the Healer is TOO dangerously use to Orun's style of buffing that they have no alternative tactics for if the buff ran out! Hence the Tank and Mage being the useless ones as their own tactics COMPLETELY relied on Orun buffing them, yet they treated him like shit, talked shit and defamed him behind his back, ENCOURAGED Oliver to kick him when the Healer was gone and now Oliver is seeing how they REALLY are without the proper Buffs as he is still skilled, it's just Orun was ALWAYS meant to be his backup by their mentors, he foolishly killed the "golden goose" cause he let the fame go to his head and then RUINED things by allowing the bullying and participating in it himself!
The Tank is a spendthrift as he will understand when their funding dries up cause he had NO ONE watching over that cause "Orun use to do that POINTLESS stuff" the Mage is a RUDE Tsundere sans dere who basically is weak unless she's buffed, you'd think a mage would be strong, but no cause she got use to being buffed that she confused her buffed stats for her actual talent, same with the Tank! Neither of them seem capable on their own (not buffed) however I can see why Oliver hasn't kicked them. Mostly cause it would be admitting "Defeat to Orun" as the only way he will take into account that HE ruined their friendship and made an egotistical mistake! He has to LOSE against Orun and in essence Lose the fame he's build up to this point BECAUSE of Orun (there's MORE to that interview then just defaming Orun, it's Oliver SPITTING on Orun's "contributions" over the time they've been together and acting like HE was carrying Orun when they were WORKING together just fine! He won't see that because he's too up his own ass otherwise even WITH the humiliation of the Black Dragon Incident! The only way he sees is a PUBLIC humiliation which the Dual is all about anyway! Only when he sees his efforts go to shit all from his impulsive bad decision will he finally wake the fuck up to his hubris)
Again this is me just putting down ideas and Theory from what I've seen so far, not a single spoiler (with the chapter uploaded now, at this point no one can even CLAIM SPOILERS, even before that since it was already there as some other sites had it uploaded already)
