The story gives 2 main male leads. 1st is Lukas. 2nd is Arnolt, an elf-boy who's also a senior alchemy apprentice. However, there is still no clear romantic pairing.

Lukas - although Laura still remains best friends with him and visits him regularly, she's utterly convinced his destiny to fall in love with the game heroine is set in stone, and strongly friendzones him (ex. when one of her friends falls for Lukas, Laura decides she's ok with it since it's only temporary - after all his destiny is to be with the heroine). Author only recently wrote a Lukas POV chapter showing he treasures his relationship with Laura, but romance is still vague (chapters are usually written from Laura's POV).

Arnolt - Laura considers him a good friend and fellow colleague in alchemy, although there's no clear romantic feelings between the 2. Arnolt also treasures his relationship with Laura, but romance is not clear.

For the heroine, she was only recently introduced into the story. Nothing sinister about her so far, i think what @maddery is referring to is Lukas' prophetic dreams of the heroine, which provides an argument their destiny is to be together at Laura's expense.

Overall the WN has little focus on romance. Most of the story focuses on Laura's personal growth and her quest to be an independent alchemist; the plot starts developing after she finds out Arnolt's younger sister (and future Lukas hero party member) suffers from a crippling magic sickness; and is determined to help him find a cure. Her journey to find the cure takes up most of the later story, together with the looming background of aggressive demon activity leading up to the demon king's revival.

that's hella shady from heroine's part to do so to the hero. Not only the original host, but her other childhood friend also had to suffer from unrequited love thanks to that so-called destiny. I really want the mc (and that poor girl) to be with someone else, since there is romance in the tag after all. Regardless of who, it's not a good idea to have romantic feelings for hero.

it's still too early to say if the heroine is malicious or not. Out of the currently available 102 WN chapters as of this post, Lukas has only met her face to face as of Chp 100. Laura met the heroine a few chapters earlier in her quest to find the magic sickness cure, so far she seems nice enough (plus there's no POVs showing her train of thought). At this point Laura's resigned outlook towards Lukas's fate being set in stone is the major mindblock towards her pursuing him romantically, plus she's worried if she interferes majorly with the game's story and relationships it'll affect the hero party's future performance against the demon king.
The only other available male lead is Arnolt the elven alchemist, but even then he and Laura come of as more like close friends/colleagues.
Both Lukas and Arnolt clearly see each other as rivals for Laura's affections, evidenced by the tense atmosphere when they meet each other.
