I think the doppelganger thing is one of the more interesting and less annoying methods of generating comedic misunderstandings I've seen in a while, particularly because the two girls behave so wildly differently that anyone should be able to tell them apart quite quickly when actually interacting with them. The gag will probably get tiresome after a while, but it hasn't worn out its welcome for me yet.

Look at the thing with the teacher: she could have just explained the situation, but she escalated it straight into getting blackmail on the teacher and leveraged that to get more free food.

Because if they didn't expand the cast and/or the main list of jokes, I'd probably be bored already. Yeah, now that they've established what the new girl's deal is, she needs to move a bit out of the spotlight (or she'll get boring), but this segment's been a pretty fun change-up from the "let's get embarrassed about sex toys" thing that's been the majority of the manga's bread and butter.

"Oh, no - my doppelganger's a porn star, and people I know are watching it!" is a fun twist on the manga's general concepts.

She needed this, hopefully this new girl will help her stop being a classic "must protect morals" type of girl and be more open minded... Honestly even if that doesn't happen i find this new girl more fun than Azusa so i'm fine either way

Not to mention now we get to see two sides of the coin... One side we have a prim and proper girl being exposed to lewd stuff, on the other side we have a girl who grew up not minding sexual stuff being introduced to warm family and friendship bonds... This IS still related to the setting...
