The 7-volume count is misleading. Yes, there are 7 “volumes”, but these are not normal volumes; they are much shorter “evolumes” (電子巻). Do you know how many chapters there are across these 7 volumes? 9. Yes, only 9. Evolume 1 contains Chapter 1, Evolume 2 contains Chapters 2 & 3, Evolume 3 contains Chapters 4 & 5, Evolume 4 contains Chapter 6, Evolume 5 contains Chapter 7, Evolume 6 contains Chapter 8, and Evolume 7 contains Chapter 9. However, Kankee recently revealed that we will be getting a normal volume (単行本). I really hope it's printed, tho print releases are rare from publisher No. 9.

Also, @combatdapan, I had a question. Did you not tag Chapter 1 as Volume 1 because you are ignoring the evolumes and waiting for the normal volume (defensible) and/or because you are translating from the freely released chapters? If the latter, just know that beyond Evolume 1, there are bonus pages in the evolumes that you're missing.
Also also, your or Kimchi's translation of “褐色” on Page 20 is inaccurate. While “褐色” can mean “tanned”, it can also simply mean “tan”, and we know that that is applicable in this case because Miyu is tan, not tanned.

We are translating from the freely released chapters and that is my bad that I didn’t label it as volume 1 because I didn’t know about these evolumes, but knowing that there are extra pages, I might have to buy them.

I’ll also take responsibility for that mistake on page 20 because I used a translation from a friend (not me or Kimchi) who had no context of the story.
