The story is interesting but I can't help noticing the similarities with Omae Gotoki (or Roll over and Die): a normal country girl gets chosen as a hero, her ability is shit at first glance but then it turns out it's actually pretty OP, there's a slave girl who's very attached to the hero, there's a priest girl from a village invaded by demons, the protagonist has a long sword, horrible shit happens to the protagonist at the beginning of the story and there's slow burn romance with the slave girl. Obviously there are some differences as well, like the whole resistance thing and here the plot revolves around revenge rather than an overlapping plot on the life of the heroine, but this still feels like Omae Gotoki if Flum was an edgelord. Not that I'm not enjoying it.
