I'd keep it but maybe put it after the final episode. The next episode is supposed to be the last (it's broken into two parts) and it's leading up to this anyway, so it's relevant. The author said this was meant to be in their future anyway. If you can change the chapter number once that final episode releases, it should be more than fine. I don't think separating this would make sense because it's exactly what would happen as their relationship progresses after the final chapter.
