Pretty sure that the blurred kanji in the original are 淫乱 (inran), meaning obscene or lewd.

That does indeed look the most likely. I spent way too long trying to figure it out, the best I came up with was 自涜, so I went with that, but 淫乱 does look more accurate.

Though, I'm not sure why you'd need to blur out 淫乱.
