The general has huge physical resistance and reflexes; they have a monster strong enough to throw down against a superhero strong enough to punch Godzilla; they have a monster that can run faster than the eye can see; their scientist can make transformation potions in a single day; their secretary can make mini-nuke-level explosions instantly without cost; and their leader can stop all movement whenever he wants without limits so far.
If this weren't a gag manga they'd be a real threat.
