The ratio of the chocolate to cookie on them would determine which is better. If the chocolate isn't that good, the bamboo shoots are likely better because they appear to have more cookie mass with chocolate as a highlight while the mushroom might have enough chocolate to make it kind of gross if it's not good enough quality chocolate.

In my lifetime, I've eaten way more Kinoko (mushroom) than Takenoko (bamboo), which is weird since a store that stocks one would generally stock the other as well.

It's inevitable to disagree as everyone has different choco to cookie ratio preferences so in conclusion neither is inherently better so why not say both are good ( closest thing to it in the USI can think of is pepsi vs coke )
