If you mean Berun, Keith/Keye's partner he's missing his clownlike nose.

His features look a lot more similar to Harry Jet, the partner of Gyaron (who fought Ted during the faudo arc)

Oh dear I hope you are not correct, berun and keith is significantly funnier than these guys

At this point, I don't know what to expect, but I'd assume Berun's nose and other facial features are just clown makeup. If he took them off and changed his hair a bit, he could look like the guy in this chapter.

If we look back to earlier chapters, we can see Dr Riddles was already activating Answer Talker during the most time, except for the few funny moments like when he is trolling Bleu or showing sympathy on them. He really wasn't lying to Bleu back then... T.T

I had thought that had been due to him having maybe bad eyesight maybe,

but seeing as he has an artificial heart he might have unlocked it after whatever event caused him to need to replace his heart.
