I'm actually really interested in knowing more about this. Is the MC here a self-insert?Or is this just one of those interactive mangas? It might be the first time I've ever went to another website to follow a manga.
Edit: I found out that it's actually a self-insert and the MC is just an anime girl version of the author. Therefore, I'm also going to be assuming that the cast of characters shows here are actually real people. Kind of weird tho, the cast themselves seem really generic? For a slice of life where the enjoyment depends heavily on the interactions of characters, that's not really a good sign. I also hope that the story will go somewhere, even if it's a slice of life.

Yes, Chika's Twitter account is real, and you can even vote in her polls to decide her next destination.
We, the fans of the series, know that the protagonist (Chika) is the author's alter ego, and that her friends and acquaintances also seem to be based on real people.
So far, Fuyune has been confirmed to be based on Satoshi Mizukami (水上悟志), Kenta Ishizaka's real life "master".
The characters all have their on quirks and hobbies, but their personalities are quite mild if you compare them to the ones on his previous work Tenshi-chan and Akuma-kun.
Some people say that it was axed precisely because its characters were too extreme, so thay might explain why he toned down them in his current work.
The series is about Chika going on improvised trips to the different prefectures of Japan based on her followers votes and feedback, her relationships with her friends and acquaintances, and her initial goal is to get a serialization after her manga drafts were rejected several times.
Is a cozy slice-of-life of traveling around Japan, and at the end of the day allows us, the readers, to travel vicariously with Chika and enjoy the ride as much as she does.
