It seems likely that Phankilo's power is not exactly as it's been presented. A good rule of thumb about video-game-isekai stuff like this is to never fully trust the isekai'd narrator, not because they might be lying, but because they can't possibly truly know their game knowledge is 100% accurate for the setting in which they've found themselves.
