i’m always happy to get more yandere slop but like... why is this an isekai? seems the setup has nothing to do with being from japan or being aware that he's in a manga, it's not like his party has anything to do with the main story considering they were all supposed to have died. could've given him a prophetic nightmare or something, or even just have him do a final stand on his own (because why wouldn't you if you're about to die). just seems like the author (or maybe the publisher) just wanted to shoehorn in some isekai relevance. obviously the continuation remains to be seen but so far it just seems entirely unrelated to being an isekai.
