Well, the Dark Fantasy Author's thinly veiled fetish, since almost everyone in universe is moderately attractive. And content age restrictions, most likely, considering this is a manga he hate read for the art where the gore and bad ends don't stop. The first page cut the details, but we got episode 1 Goblin Slayer activities happening before death. The LN doesn't delve into it, but sexual violence is alluded to pretty regularly. Monsters and Bandits doing dark fantasy stuff.

I feel like Wolca is kinda delusional here... like dude you can't even get out of bed without falling on your butt. It's really not that complicated. The girls aren't acting scary or going toward a bad ending. I'd really say they're taking nearly dying and one of their close companions REALLY WELL all things considered. I wouldn't blame them if they curled into a ball and kept crying or went into super hellish training mode and refused to take breaks. Being overprotective of the guy that that literally lost a leg and eye trying to save them and is still recovering is fairly tame, and even developing affections is pretty normal. I'm sure they feel a lot of guilt because they're human beings. The premise and the MC's inner monologue make it sound like these girls are chaining the main character to the bed and doing sex crimes. This seems rather fine to me. The MC 100% needs to listen to them and stay and bed. Maybe this will become more of an issue after he starts to actually get used to his body (maybe get prosthetics) and wants to contribute or if he doesn't want their relationship to be built on guilt, but cross that bridge when you can stand up by yourself.

I mean, I'm analyzing this harem Manga a lot... but also this is weird though right? The premise is yandere harem Manga, and it doesn't really feel like that either. Like bro, what do you mean the girls feel changed? Of course they're overprotective. YOU HAVE ONE LEG AND THE DEPTH PERCEPTION OF A PIRATE! I really feel like the main character should at least right now... be more aware of the situation. The other comments I see are about him not recognizing the warrior girl wanted to have sex, but also like... can he recognize his own situation? Is it really that crazy that all your allies are telling you to stay in bed, asking how you are, and telling you they'll do anything for you? How is that scary? Also, yeah. If someone close to me nearly died and lost limbs saving me, and then wouldn't let me help them do things they very clearly cannot do right now (because they are recovering) I'd feel even worse on top of all the guilt that brings. Like just ask them to play a board game or something with you. I don't know. But for God's sake indulge in your friends. Act like a normal human being who just lost two major limbs, and then I can laugh at the romance misunderstandings.
