Oh dear, the MC made a mistake. What a Philosopher's Stone does varies from world to world, and in this one all it does is ask philosophical questions and make philosophical statements that prompt thinking and little else as it has no ego, greed, sense of self or sense of time. Oh well, maybe he can fine tune it to something useful.
Kid seems to believe grass is always greener on other side of the fence. As a responsible noble MC is going to have to learn a lot of hard lessons on territory management, be responsible for maintaining a guard for defense against bandits and criminals, learn all sorts of stupid noble etiquette that nobles think make them more cultured rather than nitpicky and buried in rules, and if a war breaks out will have to lead men in battle. Well, MC at least punished him in a way that won't leave any scars or ruin his life like spending time in jail with hardened criminals would and instead learn some things that will help him out later.
