Not that I'm not for acknowledging a woman's contributions to a workplace or bureaucracy, but this just feels utterly superficial. If they deserve recognition, give them the titles that go with the positions they fill. Damn the nobles, and higher hire people on merit, drive and competency.
There is no better place for this arrangement to succeed. Where level and skills are what define an individual, their personal plumbing is one of the least deterministic attributes possible. Anything else is just bigotry and misogyny.
