Or far-fetched but: was the MC also later called Vincenz, when he became the sword emperor, since he inherited his belief too, and they want that ruthless and depressing part of him to come back, since feeding that monster a salvation pill would give birth to the worst.

Just a thought but he might simply be "wrong". If the "Great Sage" died early he might think the "Sword Emperor" was Vincenz and not Shizuku. After all the name was never recorded and Vincenz was much stronger after all.

I thought that too, hence my second assumption cause I don't think they would be wrong, since the man making the monsters is the same guy who lived at their time and he would know.

Which is why I mentioned he might have died early. If he died before Vincenz died he would never know the one that cleaned up the rest was Shizuka. After all even if you kill the Creator the creations will still roam around and others might still have a stock of the Pills so there would still be work left so Vincenz dying after that is possible.
Granted this has a lot of "if's". Later Chapters should give us a clearer picture.
