He's one of the seven members of Fai's old group. Apparently their leader used his reincarnation ability on more than just the MC and Glasses Girl.

Hmmmm…this is escalating quite quickly for the first chapter of the next arc. The little one is hilarious, she seems like she’d be a riot next to the MC.
