Maybe his words to Feri would have hit harder if he wasn't, in fact, every day arguing against her about needing to wake up, going to his dad when summoned, and so forth. As it is, he's not super convincing, and it's not only about not needing a bodyguard. The dude can't get out of the bed without someone dragging him out of it.

halp am confused. i thought sardens needed help bc the empire was after them (hence why they lost their independence) now it is said by big bro that the empire is on good terms with sardens?
edit: despite the issues i have with tthis series, i do love that the mangaka's writing about male characters with good friends.
