I can only hope that chapter 3 gives some kind of indication of the amount of time that's elapsed. It's not so much that it's "crucial information," but that it's narratively bothersome leaving it unstated.

If I had a nickel for every time I saw Nia Liston get referenced today, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice. Name of the manga I saw it referenced in is something about a reincarnated broom sword saint maid if anyone’s wondering, lmao.

Huh, this is the second story ever where I've seen the MC's best friend somehow immediately identify them despite them reincarnating with a different face, body, and...gender.

But don’t think it’ll be more than that honestly, since I mean, the OG owner of that body may or may not have some kinda opinion on that matter. Tbf she IS probably gonna be seeing a lot more of him too, regardless of being asleep during this bonding sesh. So, I guess we’ll just have to see…?? But yeah, can definitely tell just through their dynamic alone, and I love that about that, ngl.

I'm calling it now: "Julius" and "Claudis," the Demon Lord, &c. never actually existed. Someone implanted these false memories into these two for some reason. (This would explain the absurdly similar names, as well.) Maybe they want them to work together and take over the world?

Now THAT is a theory for the history books. Quite out there, but also not one that sounds extremely farfetched somehow?? To be fair though, it wouldn’t explain their power, detection capabilities (Claudis identifying Julius) and other such things, but would be a nice spin if they could bind it together nicely and tie up any loose threads that’d give way to plot holes, lol.

I think that's thanks to Julius having immediate agency on the body rather than the social ties that led Nia to turn into a DL battle maniac.

Haven’t even read Nia Liston yet since I haven’t found any English chapters on MangaDex—might have to search elsewhere, but definitely piquing my interest further by hearing this. Very intriguing, lol.
