Tbh as heavy as he's been featured since his official debut I get the sense that he's the endgame love interest. Which doesn't necessarily bother me but in that case I kinda think it would be really funny if MC finally gets a gf and thinks he's free of Hatano and bl only to realize he's still being pursued (bc Hatano is actually just a persistent gay kid) and finally lose bc he's not that interested in his gf anyway

I didn't expect the supernatural elements but def still has the humor (tho given the concept i guess mc would also stay clear tho idk if he's rly had encounters with too many ghosts besides the 'pretty boy' one and the one he had to hire an exorcist for (and still got charged lol)

lol yeah i can imagine them doing it for fun rather than a side hobby, not that supernatural is bad but it'd prolly be easier to 'serialize' a more 'normal ' story like them being college students or so and something more nuanced like besties who grew distant over time and reunited versus like "let's use your ghost magnet powers to explore haunted places" or so lol

Y'know, I find it jarring that some people ship Hatano with the MC because bro was only nice to Hatano for such a small thing damn near 10 yrs ago. Especially since the MC has shown Hatano clear disinterest, yet bro is still determined. Personally, if I were the MC's only female friend, then I'd tell him to file a restraining order if Hatano continues persistenting him even after he graduates high school.

I mean, just think about like this: Would you find it cute if someone pursued you with romantic interest because you were just a considerate human being to them once over 10 yrs ago? Especially if YOU don't remember the interaction nor them since it didn't mean anything to you in the slightest, but they are hardwired on you, and WON'T take no for answer?

If your answer is yes, then cool for you. You might be interested in 'stalkerxMC' and 'yanderexMC' in stories. However, if your answer is no, then you'd know how creepy and tiring scenarios like this usually play out IRL.

But hey, to each their own, I guess.

I agree. I want to see the MC actually gets what he wants. I mean, he has been struggling in breaking flags ever since the beginning of the series, if he ends up losing making his efforts are all pointless, it would be so disheartening and discouraging.
I'm not saying anything about him being gay or not, i just want to root for the one who is doing his best, that is the MC.
