It's really difficult trying to tell what's happening through all of that mess

@Titanocracy i just gave up and rolled with it.

Al thought it seems that for this particular character the nonsensical action lines and the messy slashes that seem to come from everywhere without rhyme nor reason seem to be intentional, seeing how Nishitaya comments on how weird his attacks are.

With that said it would have been more impact full if it wasn't for the small fact that all other fights thus far look just as messy and indecipherable.
