I'm going to try and be honest but it may come off as rough to the scanlators; they translated this knowing about the gap, if you go on the less savory aggregator sites, you'll find some of the missing chapters that the official publishers did. There's still another gap between 39 and 46 to be filled as the official publishers didn't cover it for some reason, but other than that, the latest one available is chapter 58

The gap is actually only 42-46 as the simulpub started at 46 and english Volume 11 came out in August which was cp 39-42. So you have to wait from a scanlation of 43,44,45 or just wait for the english Volume 12 comes out in November to read the simulpub

OK, it's been a while, and I haven't searched any agg sites for this. So they're on Shikoku, doing the famous 88 temple pilgrimage? Seems like I need to go look for the missing chapters.
The perfect soundtrack for a zombie attack on the Shikoku temples is of course by the Shikoku psych rock band 88 kasyo junrei ("88 temple pilgrimage", they don't look like buddhists but they are). Here is Butsumetsu Trishna. The band is headed by bassist/vocalist Margaret Hiroi and is the model for Sick Hack in Bocchi the Rock.

I don't trust ManhwaFreak group at all, not only did they skip way too many chapters on this one, they've done some shitty things on the past like sniping popular mangas and even censoring those same mangas for no fucking reason.
