no worries, and first page is fine, if a bit 'meme-y', which might be more fitting for comedies but if you ever scanlated something that started out with like angst/tragedy it would prolly be emotional whiplash. And idk if it's b/c of the outline but the font /look of the text is a bit harder to read compared to like a more 'normal/common' font lol but that's just me lol i'm hardly a graphic artist (but other than like something super important text that'd be missed like a translator's note i think most ppl would overlook it)

I only translate chapters to promote it so that other groups take notice of it and pick it up so I doubt the first chapter of a manga would be tragic...right? And for the font idk why but I picked a random font because I have no artistic/design sense 😅

depending on how it is, there are a lot of psych/horror/tragedies that amp up in teh first chapter so ppl know what they're getting into versus some emotional whiplash (tho depends on teh author/story) but yeah, no worries

maybe you can put somewhere that it's a Tl for promo purposes and you usually don't go past the first chapter? unless you're willing to join teams and help
